Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
