Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
• Familiarity with quality engineering principles and software development lifecycle.
