As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity across testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves driving continuous improvement and innovation in testing strategies, ensuring that the quality function is predictive and intelligent. You collaborate with various teams to embed automation and cutting-edge testing solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance testing automation frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project objectives and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks relevant to order management systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
