Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that support the organization's quality objectives across various projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and technologies such as UiPath, Selenium, API automation, and TOSCA TestSuite.
• Candidates should possess P3 or P3+ competency in Automated Testing, Selenium, UiPath, or related automation areas. AI automation certifications will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective automated test solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and test management tools.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
