Test Automation Engineer with experience in
Robot Framework with
Python scripting
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with teams to identify, address defects and improve test process.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
- Maximum leverage of automation for the testing needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in test automation tools and techniques.
10 years of Information Technology experience, mostly in Quality Assurance / Engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle.
- At least 7 years of experience with Test Automation across tools and technologies and frameworks.
- 4 years of Experience in Robot Framework with python scripting.
- Strong Experience in Test Architecture Design & Framework Development.
- Good knowledge in UI & API Interactions.
- Familiarity with leading automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG based on project requirements.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on testing activities.
- Review Project work and the progress on a regular basis via Daily, weekly and fortnightly ceremonies.
- Have in-depth Application knowledge and perform hands-on for defects finding and tracking.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Experience in CI/CD, Execution Pipeline management (Jenkins/Assure).
Experience in Database testing
Good Hands-on with prevalent Test Management & Defect Tracking Tools
Experience and knowledge of SAP Retail Automation
Experience With Other Test Automation Tools (e.g. Postman)
Certifications in Python programming or Robot certifications.
