As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. Your role is pivotal in driving improvements in control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing phases, contributing to the overall excellence of the product delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Additional Information:
