Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the testing lifecycle by integrating continuous and efficient quality engineering practices. You focus on refining processes and leveraging advanced tools to ensure high standards of control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by adopting automation and innovative solutions, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of product quality and delivery timelines. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate seamless integration of testing activities within the development lifecycle.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous testing environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models using automation techniques.
• Familiarity with data integrity and control mechanisms to ensure accuracy in testing outcomes.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and innovative testing solutions.
