Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and robustness.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to integrate automated tests with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and test management tools to support automation efforts.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation frameworks and execution.
