Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent, driving improvements that support seamless automation and the delivery of robust testing solutions across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive test strategies that cover functional and non-functional requirements.
- Familiarity with various testing frameworks and tools that support automation and quality assurance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments and processes.
- Experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
