As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the quality engineering function by integrating continuous and efficient testing processes. You focus on improving control, accuracy, and integrity within testing activities by leveraging advanced methodologies and tools. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent, utilizing automation and innovative solutions to drive excellence in software quality. Collaboration and innovation are key as you contribute to transforming traditional testing into a streamlined, end-to-end quality assurance practice that supports the overall project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in automation testing.
• Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in scripting and developing automated test cases.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
