Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks to improve automation efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Experience with integrating testing tools and frameworks to streamline continuous testing processes.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and develop effective test strategies that align with project goals.
- Skilled in identifying and troubleshooting issues within automated test environments to maintain test reliability.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and methodologies to drive improvements in testing accuracy and efficiency.
