Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and analyze testing outcomes to recommend enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test plans.
- Familiarity with quality engineering methodologies and continuous integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
