Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Document and communicate testing processes and results clearly to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in using test management and defect tracking tools.
Additional Information:
