Project Role : Test Automation Engineer

Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, precision, and data integrity. Your role includes coordinating various testing activities, monitoring progress, and continuously refining methodologies to deliver reliable and efficient outcomes within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
  • Maintain and update automated test scripts to align with evolving project requirements.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to the primary skill.
  • Capability to work with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
