Role Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and evolution of the Robofit Test Framework
• Mentor a 15+ member development team across regions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical goals
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards

Key Deliverables:

• Deliver a scalable and robust Python-based test automation framework
• Implement cost-effective, high-quality solutions within automotive industry standards
• Drive team capability building and mentorship initiatives
• Integrate cybersecurity testing methodologies including fuzz and penetration testing
