As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.

What Your Role Entails

Lead installation and commissioning of material testing machines, deliver strong service support, and build lasting customer relationships. Drive AMC and spares growth, support sales with technical expertise, and ensure smooth order management, documentation, and timely collections while staying updated on products and market trends.

What You'll Do

Installation & Commissioning

Responsible for timely completion of Installation and commissioning.

Customer Relationship & Business Growth

Develop customer relationships for long term engagements.

Concentrate on growth and profitability to the organization.

Servicing & Technical Expertise

Servicing and installation of Material Testing Machines like Universal Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine, etc.

Thorough with the product/system specifications and its applications, operation and repair.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

Assist sales team for pre-sales technical and product demonstrations.

Assist the team to ensure on-time product/solution delivery to the customers.

Market & Technology Awareness

Develop a working knowledge of market trends, demand, and competition.

Update knowledge in accordance with the latest technology in the market and NABL.

AMC, Spares & Documentation

Book AMC and spare orders from customers and handle complete documentation.

Focus on spares/AMC selling and organizational profitability.

Responsible for timely order booking and maintaining AMC and customer base data.

Collections & Coordination

Ensure timely collection of payments and track customer dues.

Interact with principals for problem resolution.

Your success is grounded in

  • Educational Background: You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: A proven track record of 5-10 years in service management and a passion for electro-mechanical machinery is essential.
  • Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you'll be addressing diverse challenges.
  • Industry Insight: Experience with Capital Equipment and material testing will be a valuable bonus.
  • Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.

Where you'll be

This role is based in Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad, India and will involve handling the region.
