Job Title - Territory Sales Representative

LOCATION - Delhi

Region to be Covered - Delhi & Western UP


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Sales Strategy - Should be able to generate new prospects and business. Also, maintain close contacts with existing customers and key customers for expansions, new projects, replacements etc. Level of customer engagement should be Dean, Medical director, CMOs etc.
  • Sales Plans & Activities - Plan visits to customers sites depending on the potential, priority, and the volume of business etc. Must be aware of competitor's activities, products, pricing, strengths and weakness and accordingly device new action plans to counter these in an effective way.
  • Channel Partner Management- Keep a close view on Channel Partner's inventories along with monitoring of Primary and Secondary Sales. Keep a month-on-month record of Sales Trends, Induction and Training to Channel Partner's Sales Team, and close liaison with them to track progression of Sales leads.
  • Funnel Management- Keep sales funnel up to date to analyses month on month development, and ensure right focus on running and upcoming opportunities.
  • Conduct and deliver training programs for Technicians/ Nurses/ MOs on right use of our POCT Solutions. Conduct CMEs, RTMs for Healthcare professionals to create brand awareness in local market, and as a part of national level marketing initiatives.

Experience, Education and skills required -

  • Should be B Pharma/ B. Tech/ BSc or MSc/ MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong track record of selling concept-based products in the IVD/ Medical Device segment.
  • Expertise in demand generation in institutional and lab sales.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
