Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer based in New Delhi. The Territory Sales Officer will oversee B2B sales operations while maintaining and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, strategizing sales initiatives, managing sales operations, tracking performance metrics, and delivering sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with the Marketing, R&D, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in B2B Sales Management and Channel Sales
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Understanding of business strategies and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Experience in the chemical or related industries is an advantage
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
