Job Description

Job Purpose:

The position would primarily be responsible for identification and growth of retail business in the defined territory through creation, nurturing and management of retail business and thereby achieving overall business objectives set out by the management.

Depot Location: Rajkot

Job Location: Veraval, Gujarat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managed the existing retailer and dealer network in the assigned area.
  • Met daily sales requirements and achieved assigned sales targets.
  • Collected orders regularly from retailers and dealers.
  • Ensured timely payment collection and reduced outstanding balances.
  • Made sure credit notes were shared with dealers on time.
  • Maintained clear and smooth account coordination with dealers.
  • Expanded the network by appointing new dealers.
  • Carried out field development activities such as new signboards and painter meets.
  • Informed dealers about new schemes and focus products.
  • Conducted meetings with architects, contractors, housing societies, and painters to generate business.
  • Ensured proper display and visibility of products at retail counters.
  • Updated daily plans and reports in the CRM system.
  • Achieved targeted numeric and weighted reach in the territory.
  • Achieved planned CCD reach targets.
  • Trained newly joined TSS team members.
  • Supported the ASM in designing and implementing sales schemes.
