Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Tiruppur, is ideal for a motivated Territory Sales Officer. Responsibilities include driving sales and managing channel partners to achieve business goals, identifying growth opportunities in the territory, and executing strategic plans to increase market share. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with distributors, implementing distribution management practices, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective sales management and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales Management are essential to drive revenue growth, manage accounts, and achieve targets.
- Experience in Distribution Management to optimize and streamline product supply in the territory.
- Business development skills to identify opportunities and establish strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills to plan and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Tiruppur Territory Knowledge is must.
