Territory Sales & Business Development
- Visit opticians and accessories stores with samples to book orders.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
- Identify prospective stores and expand placement of company brands in new locations.
- Explore opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory.
Customer & Distributor Management
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and prevent overdues.
- Collect payments from distributors and direct dealers.
- Ensure distributor claims are submitted and cleared on time.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure immediate resolution.
Promotions & Marketing
- Conduct sales events, roadshows, and promotional activities in the territory.
- Implement company schemes and brand plans as per guidelines.
- Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and payments using Excel, PPTs, or Google Docs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely updates to management.
- Support process improvements for better sales efficiency and distribution coverage.
