Job Description

Territory Sales & Business Development

  • Visit opticians and accessories stores with samples to book orders.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
  • Identify prospective stores and expand placement of company brands in new locations.
  • Explore opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory.

Customer & Distributor Management

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and prevent overdues.
  • Collect payments from distributors and direct dealers.
  • Ensure distributor claims are submitted and cleared on time.
  • Attend customer complaints and ensure immediate resolution.

Promotions & Marketing

  • Conduct sales events, roadshows, and promotional activities in the territory.
  • Implement company schemes and brand plans as per guidelines.
  • Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and payments using Excel, PPTs, or Google Docs.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide timely updates to management.
  • Support process improvements for better sales efficiency and distribution coverage.
