Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Modern Trade Pharmacies

Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager for Modern Trade Pharmacies, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with pharmacy chains to ensure the successful promotion and sales of Whole Leaf Organics Pvt Ltd's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with modern trade pharmacy chains in the assigned territory.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of FIELD SALES experience, preferably in the Pharma OTC, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Location – Delhi, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai and Bengaluru
