Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager from the uPVC doors and windows/fenestration industry to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and manage project-based sales, and who has a good command of the Marathi language, as our maximum customers are Marathi-speaking. preferred the Marathi language. The role involves close coordination with architects, builders, and internal teams to ensure successful order conversion and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for uPVC doors & windows in the assigned territory
- Develop, appoint, and manage dealer/channel partner network
- Generate and close project sales with architects, builders, contractors, and developers
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with estimation, design, fabrication, and installation teams for order execution
- Visit project sites for client meetings, measurements, and order finalisation
- Manage price negotiations, quotations, and order closures
- Monitor collections, customer satisfaction, and after-sales coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
- Ensure brand presence and market penetration in the assigned region
Key Requirements
- Mandatory experience in uPVC doors & windows / fenestration industry
- Proven background in dealer, channel, and project sales
- Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors
- Good understanding of uPVC profiles, fabrication process, hardware, glass & site execution
- Ability to work independently and manage territory sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Civil Engineering preferred)
- MBA / Sales & Marketing qualification will be an added advantage
- Preferred Languages: Marathi (Most Preferred), English, Hindi
Experience
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in uPVC / fenestration sales
