Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager from the uPVC doors and windows/fenestration industry to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and manage project-based sales, and who has a good command of the Marathi language, as our maximum customers are Marathi-speaking. preferred the Marathi language. The role involves close coordination with architects, builders, and internal teams to ensure successful order conversion and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for uPVC doors & windows in the assigned territory
  • Develop, appoint, and manage dealer/channel partner network
  • Generate and close project sales with architects, builders, contractors, and developers
  • Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, fabrication, and installation teams for order execution
  • Visit project sites for client meetings, measurements, and order finalisation
  • Manage price negotiations, quotations, and order closures
  • Monitor collections, customer satisfaction, and after-sales coordination
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
  • Ensure brand presence and market penetration in the assigned region

Key Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in uPVC doors & windows / fenestration industry
  • Proven background in dealer, channel, and project sales
  • Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors
  • Good understanding of uPVC profiles, fabrication process, hardware, glass & site execution
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Civil Engineering preferred)
  • MBA / Sales & Marketing qualification will be an added advantage
  • Preferred Languages: Marathi (Most Preferred), English, Hindi

Experience

  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in uPVC / fenestration sales
