Job Description

Company : Manufacturer of Raw materials and semi-finished products for the ceramic industry at Morbi

Position : Asst. Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Location : Morbi

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and

achieving sales targets within the ceramic industry.

 Promote and sell ceramic inks, glaze, frit, and related raw materials to ceramic tile

manufacturers.

 Customer handling and problem-solving ability.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

 Identify new business opportunities in domestic markets.

 Provide technical support and product guidance to customers in coordination with the

R&D team.

 Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

 Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand

 Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.

 Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

 Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery of materials.

 Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Desired Profile

Any Graduate + MBA (Mktg) with 6-8 years experience in B2B Sales of Raw Materials / Chemical to Ceramic Industry
