About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager B2C to drive business development for our software application solutions. The role involves field sales, product demonstrations at housing societies, and onboarding new residential apartments onto the company platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C business development for software application products and solutions
- Meet prospective clients and conduct effective on-site product demonstrations at housing societies
- Engage with apartment committee members to understand business requirements and expectations
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate sales opportunities
- Onboard new apartments and housing societies onto the company platform (key KRA)
- Research and identify potential leads through field activities, web searches, and digital platforms
- Negotiate, present proposals, and close deals efficiently

- Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Empathy and customer-centric mindset, especially for on-field society-level demos
- Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements
- Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and scale professionally
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work Schedule
- Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)
- Weekly off between Monday to Thursday
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 15 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
