Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager - TASC to acquire and nurture institutional clients within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving CASA sourcing from institutional clients like schools, colleges, and NGOs, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure continued business. This role requires a professional who can meet sales targets and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Acquire TASC (Trust, Association, Society, Club) customers within the assigned territory.
  • CASA Sourcing: Drive CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts) sourcing through institutional clients like schools, colleges, clubs, NGOs, and other associations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with TASC clients to ensure continued business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet assigned sales targets and ensure growth in the TASC portfolio.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing institutional clients.
  • Strong skills in CASA sourcing and sales.
  • Excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with internal teams.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
