- Allocate targets to distributors based on KPIs
- Review distributor and DSE performance to ensure goals are met
- Prioritize important tasks to optimize sales coverage
Distributor & Retailer Management
- Visit critical outlets with DSE and distributors to resolve recurring issues
- Monitor stock levels at retailers and ensure service standards
- Support distributors, DSEs, and promoters to improve capability and performance
- Implement action plans to address gaps in service or sales
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop sales strategies based on consumer buying trends and market conditions
- Create and implement sales campaigns to generate leads and boost revenue
- Analyze sales data regularly and adjust strategy as required
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Monitoring & Reporting
- Enforce service levels across outlets, including Key Retail Outlets (KROs)
- Track DSE visits and service compliance using reporting tools
- Collaborate with distributors for performance improvement
