Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, providing product training to clients, and maintaining strong customer service standards. The role is full-time, on-site at the Raipur location, and requires active engagement with clients and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate and support clients or internal teams on products or services.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet clients and deliver on sales targets.
