Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar and Tenkasi i for a Territory Sales Manager. The successful candidate will manage and lead sales initiatives, oversee the planning and implementation of sales strategies, and ensure targets are met within the assigned territory. They will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and merchants, deliver presentations on products and services, assess market trends, and provide training to promote efficient sales practices. The role also involves working closely with the team to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in providing Training and coaching to team members.
- Ability to analyze the market and develop successful strategies for increasing business.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
