Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Territory Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth within the assigned territory, managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional duties include conducting customer meetings, providing exceptional customer service, training sales team members, and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving territory sales targets and driving growth
  • Experience in Training and guiding sales teams to maximize performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies and plans
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the transportation/trucking/railroad industry is an advantage
