Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Faridabad. The role involves meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to expand TradeIndia's presence. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential customers, presenting TradeIndia's services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will also train and mentor sales team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients effectively
  • Proven experience in Sales, including identifying leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals
  • Customer Service expertise to address client needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Training and mentoring skills to develop and guide team members
  • Experience with Sales Management to strategize and implement effective sales plans
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms and trade marketplaces is a plus
