NoBroker is India's FIRST and ONLY PropTech Unicorn with a disruptive tech-based, capital-efficient
business model. We use technology in the real-estate space to help customers buy/sell/rent a
property seamlessly by eliminating third-party(Brokers) involvement and brokerage. We assist our
stakeholders in reducing 90% of transaction costs by connecting property owners and tenants, buyers,

Our founders understood the need to have a tech-enabled visitor and community management
system, that aims to make life convenient, hassle-free, and secure for the residents of a gated
community. Thus, NoBrokerHood was launched. NoBrokerHood is a smart visitor, society, and
accounting management system which uses innovative technology to simplify daily chores. Apart
from catering to all society's needs like complaint management, gate entry, maintenance bill
payments, and digital notice board, it also has features like Marketplace, home services, and more.
Since our start in late 2018, NoBrokerHood is currently securing 15,000+ societies under its hood.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills :
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English
Post Graduation in any field
Empathy: Understand the field sales as the demos need to be given at the societies.
Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements.
Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things
done.
Growth-driven: Keen to grow as an individual.
Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on
Monday.
Effective presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Hands-on MS office excel, word & PPT, etc
Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle with DL and willingness to travel on the field.
About the role :
Should have an interest in Business development mainly B2C, and B2B for Software Application
products/solutions.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposal
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product
features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and
their expectations.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
