Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, build and manage customer relationships, and ensure market penetration in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing a customer pipeline, supporting product demonstration, and driving client acquisition. The role also involves engaging with residential societies to promote NoBrokerHood services and addressing customer inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication skills tailored for engaging stakeholders and building relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive territory growth
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in Training and supporting team development
  • Ability to work independently while achieving sales goals
  • Understanding of community management systems or prop-tech platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
