Position: Territory Sales Manager – Karnataka ( Agrochemicals / Crop Protection )
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Experience: 3- 5 Years Sales experience
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Territory sales officer who will drive sales growth and expand
distribution across priority markets. The role involves managing distributors and retailers, executing
go-to-market initiatives, and building strong relationships across the agri retail ecosystem.
Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, coordinating with
internal teams to ensure product availability, and gathering market insights to support business growth
and brand development.
Key Requirements
● 3-5 years experience in building Agrochemicals Crop protection brand business in the state of
Karnataka.
● Strong understanding of agrochemical distribution networks, dealer ecosystems, and rural
market dynamics
● Experience working with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams to drive revenue growth
● Ability to operate independently with a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous
environments
● Willingness to travel extensively across regions to build and scale the business on the ground
Skills and Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales and Growth for your given district
Deliver revenue targets across assigned markets through effective execution of sales and
go-to-market strategies.
2. Build and Manage Distribution Network
Appoint and manage distributors and dealers while strengthening channel relationships to
expand market reach.
3. Execute Market Development Initiatives
Drive retailer engagement, farmer outreach programs, and product demonstrations to generate
demand.
4. Ensure Sales Execution and Coordination
Track sales performance, manage channel operations, and coordinate with internal teams to
ensure product availability and smooth execution.
