Job duties and responsibilities:
- Meeting monthly revenue targets
- Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services
- Generate new leads through various channels to build a robust pipeline for revenue targets
- Proactively identify business opportunities and work with internal teams to conduct business development activities in the geography
- Driving lead conversion as per plan and ensuring that pitch are made by team in prescribed manner and value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Cultivate strong relationship with business partner community by driving regular engagement as per plan
- Ensuring customer queries/issues are resolved as per SLA
- Publish periodic status reports, including team activity and sales performance report
- Analyse data to generate insights on what is working/not working and recommend way forward
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Home Interiors industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry performance indicators and key competitors in the industry
- Setting up team review framework and driving it rigorously
- Identify team training needs and gaps and working with internal teams to overcome the same
Job requirements:
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Must have field sales experience (preferably with an start-up) and have track record of meeting revenue targets
- Must have handled a team of field sales professionals
- Should have worked on Sales Planning and scheme designing
- Experience of 0- 1 journey will a plus
- Experience in Home Interiors industry will also be a plus but open to candidates with other industry experience
