Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of 50–100 Sales Managers and 5–10 Area Managers.
  2. Build, train, and drive the sales team for acquisition and retention in the assigned cities.
  3. Ensure team motivation and engagement for long-term success.
  4. Provide leadership on the field to drive sales for payment solutions.

Job Requirements:

  1. MBA with 6–8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in a team management role.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
  4. Interest in financial products and markets.
