Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing leadership to sales teams. Additional responsibilities may include training sales personnel and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities within assigned territories.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience with team leadership and providing Training to improve team performance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the cleaning products or bio-science industry will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when needed
