Reporting To: Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing

 

Position Overview

 

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales. The role focuses on revenue generation, client acquisition, and collections across Andhra Pradesh. The candidate must have strong field sales experience, the ability to close deals, and experience handling institutional, corporate, or project-based sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Business Development (Core Focus)

Actively generate and close business through:

Channel Partners / Dealers

Corporate Clients

Educational Institutions

Government & PSU Projects

Builders, Contractors & Consultants

Sports Clubs / Fitness Centers

Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across Andhra Pradesh

Drive end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

2. B2C Sales (Secondary Focus)

Handle and convert company-generated leads only

Coordinate for closures and ensure customer satisfaction

Generate referrals and repeat business

3. Proposal Management

Work closely with internal teams for quotations and project proposals

Present solutions to clients and support negotiations

Ensure timely and accurate submission

4. Collections & Revenue Responsibility

Take ownership of payment follow-ups and collections

Ensure timely recovery of dues

Maintain a strong balance between sales closure and collections

5. CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of:

Leads

Opportunities

Client interactions

Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue progress

6. Reporting & Market Intelligence

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports

Provide insights on:

Market trends

Competitor activities

Customer feedback

Key Requirements (Important – to filter candidates)

3–6 years of proven experience in field sales (mandatory)

Experience in B2B sales / institutional / project sales (mandatory)

Strong track record in target achievement and collections

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh

Open to candidates based in Andhra Pradesh / Andhra Pradesh (Bangalore, Bangalore, nearby regions)

Preferred industries:

Infrastructure / Construction / Sports / Real Estate / Industrial sales

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of sales targets (B2B & B2C)

Collection efficiency and outstanding recovery

Lead conversion ratio

Expansion of B2B network

CRM data accuracy and reporting discipline
