Role Description
As a full-time Territory Sales Manager for Home Loans at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will drive new business by developing and implementing strategies to achieve home loan sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, leading and training sales teams, and performing periodic analysis of sales performance. You will also ensure compliance with bank policies and provide exceptional service to the customers.
