Position Territory Sales Manager Consumer Business (Lighting)

Job Location Bangalore/Bhopal/Haldwani/Chandigarh/Prayagraj/Mumbai/Jaipur/Faizabad/Mysore

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based at Various location Pan India. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires managing and guiding a team to drive sales growth, conducting market analysis, and providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of the electrical and electronics industry, specifically in product categories such as lights & Small Electrical appliances, White goods etc.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and understanding sales trends.
  • Problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization is a plus.
