Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and manage staff training. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive brand growth within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and grow market presence
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve their sales and service capabilities
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand business opportunities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales or territory management role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
