Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager Domestic, located in Bagru. The key responsibilities include managing and growing sales in the assigned territory by identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include providing training to clients, offering exceptional customer service, and effectively managing and leading sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver excellent service.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively grow the client base in the assigned territory.
• Ability to deliver Training to clients and team members, ensuring they have the knowledge needed for successful product implementation and engagement.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, lead sales strategies, and drive team success.
• Experience in the natural stone or construction materials industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bagru and travel as required within the territory.
