Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Promote and sell construction chemical products (admixtures, waterproofing systems, repair & rehabilitation, flooring, grouts, sealants, coatings).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as builders, contractors, consultants, infra developers, and government bodies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide technical presentations.

3. Channel Partner Management

  • Appoint, train, and manage dealers, distributors, and applicators.
  • Ensure proper stocking, display, and visibility of products in the market.
  • Monitor secondary sales and channel performance.

4. Technical Support & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical team for product trials, application support, and site demonstrations.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare and submit daily reports, sales forecasts, and territory plans.
  • Maintain CRM and customer data.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Essential Qualification :B. E /Btech (Civil)

Experience : Construction Chemicals

Products to be handled : Flooring, Coating, Water Proofing and Admixtures

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Technical knowledge of construction chemical applications

Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities

Territory planning & time management

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Comfortable with extensive field travel
