Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Territory Sales Manager at Bosch BT AP. The role involves managing and driving sales within the assigned territory, maintaining relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing product training to customers and team members, and closely collaborating with internal departments to meet revenue targets and company goals.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in conducting Training for customers or team members is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in market analysis and planning strategies for effective territory management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Bosch products or solutions is a plus
