Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (B2C) based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing sales activities within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing customer service. The candidate will collaborate with team members, conduct product training sessions for customers or partners, and oversee daily operations to ensure organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions to customers, partners, or team members
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and manage the sales lifecycle
  • Proven ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced field environment
  • Self-motivation, team collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
