Job Description

  • Drive business development and revenue generation within the assigned territory
  • Identify and acquire new clients across industries for logistics services
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition insights
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively
  • Track sales performance and maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong network and client base in the Bangalore/Nelamangala region preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and distribution services
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
