Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while effectively liaising with banks and NBFCs for loan processing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all platforms
  • Forge strong partnerships with marketing, product development, and operations to drive sales initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of sales practices across zones

What are we looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in mortgage industry
  • 5+ years of experience at a sales leadership role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a large, diverse sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
