Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team
Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while effectively liaising with banks and NBFCs for loan processing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all platforms
Forge strong partnerships with marketing, product development, and operations to drive sales initiatives
Ensure alignment of sales practices across zones
What are we looking for
8+ years of experience in mortgage industry
5+ years of experience at a sales leadership role
Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a large, diverse sales team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
