Job Description

  • Ensure ACG Capsules is registered in the developmental stages
  • Ensure qualification of ACG Capsules in the TSE segment which are exclusively commercial with competition
  • Generate and qualify leads for existing and NPO's
  • Prepare regulatory business development action plans and schedules
  • Communicating with Customers, R&D & Regulatory departments for new and existing clients
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Respond to Technical / Regulatory inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Conduct market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Prepare Annual Budget for the territory and achieves targeted Sales volumes
  • Ensure price realization
  • Ensure collection from the Customer as per the credit limits
  • Obtain / update market information of the customers and competitors in order to frame an appropriate strategy
  • Identifies potential customers and develop them for commercial requirement
  • Regulatory support to customers
  • Build rapport with consuming locations based at territories assigned
