Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Mumbai & Pune. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region by developing strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating tailored sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, providing product training, managing customer accounts, and leading sales initiatives to meet performance targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align goals and ensure customer satisfaction is also integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and build lasting relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve goals and monitor performance
  • Experience in providing Training and support to clients and team members
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies tailored to regional needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in the industrial, technology, or construction sector is beneficial
